F.W. Webb Company has announced the appointment of Donato Berardi as general counsel. His addition bolsters F.W. Webb’s Leadership Team as the company accelerates expansion in new and existing markets and strengthens its operational structure.

“As our company opens locations, scales operations, and adds to our talented team, Don’s experience will be instrumental in guiding us forward,” said Bob Mucciarone, chief operating officer of F.W. Webb Company. “His legal experience and skills will help F.W. Webb with various legal matters including distributor agreements, confidentiality agreements, real estate acquisitions, real estate financing, and liens. Those aspects of his skills will have a significant impact on our organization and help drive the next stage of our success.”

A licensed attorney, Berardi joins F.W. Webb with a legal background spanning more than 20 years. In his new role, he will oversee most legal matters for F.W. Webb.

Prior to F.W. Webb, Berardi was managing director and Head of U.S. Legal at BICO Group AB, a publicly traded life sciences holding company. He previously worked in management consulting and in private practice.
