mSupply, a leading North American distributor of HVAC, appliance and plumbing products, has relocated to a significantly larger warehouse to meet growing demand in Washington state and along the West Coast.
The new Marcone Regional Distribution Center (RDC) is located at 3201 SE Columbia Way in Vancouver, Washington's Columbia Business Center. It is 128% larger than the previous facility at 603 SE Victory Ave. At 80,000 square feet, the site features expanded parking, 10 additional loading docks and room for a broader and more diversified inventory — including new products and brands.
Designed with technicians in mind, the RDC is stocked with thousands of critical repair parts. It also offers convenient 24/7 locker pickup, allowing customers to order online and retrieve or return parts securely at any time of day.
“We’re excited to have the extra space that allows us to better serve our customers in the Northwest,” said Phil Mause, chief commercial officer at mSupply. “With increased product diversity and faster fulfillment capabilities, we’re making sure customers can always access the parts they need —
exactly when and where they need them.”
The new Vancouver facility is part of mSupply’s growing distribution network, which ensures next-day delivery to 93% of the U.S. population with flat-rate ground service. It joins a network of 14 regional centers across North America. Since 2024, mSupply has opened new RDCs in Denver, Colorado; Denton, Texas and Calgary, Alberta.
