Traeger Brothers & Associates has promoted three team members: Samantha Traeger to vice president of finance and operations; Frank Buzzanca to vice president of sales; and Angel Gutierrez to operations manager.
Samantha Traeger has been promoted to vice president of finance and operations. In this expanded leadership role, Traeger will oversee the company's financial management and operational strategy. She has consistently demonstrated exceptional strategic insight, financial discipline and operational leadership. This promotion recognizes not only her professional excellence but also her commitment to the company's values.
Prior to this promotion, Traeger served as director of operations, where she led daily operations across all branches, standardized key processes and implemented improvements. Traeger brings with her over 10 years of experience in operations. She attended Florida State University.
Frank Buzzanca has been promoted to vice president of sales. He will be responsible for leading Traeger Brothers Sales efforts in the Caribbean, Latin American and Domestic sectors to drive B2B and B2C revenue growth.
In his recent position as sales manager, Buzzanca was instrumental in directing the domestic and international sales teams to achieve company goals by planning, setting targets, overseeing continuous training efforts and improving overall performance.
Buzzanca brings with him over forty years of experience in industrial PVF supply/distribution industry in all facets. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Florida Southern College.
Angel Gutierrez has been promoted to operations manager. He will be responsible for overseeing the company’s daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity and profitability through staff supervision, streamlining processes and improving workflow to align day-to-day activities with company’s overall strategic objectives.
In his recent position as warehouse manager, Gutierrez supervised warehouse employees, oversaw daily activities, maintained inventory control, developed loss prevention plans and optimized overall warehouse processes. He managed warehouse workflow to ensure overall supply chain timeliness, accuracy and cost management while maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Gutierrez brings with him over twenty years of experience the area of Warehouse/Operations supervisor. He attended Miami International University of Art & Design.
