Neuco, a leading master distributor of HVACR replacement parts serving wholesale distributors across North America, has officially launched the Neuco Cares HVAC Scholarship Program — an annual initiative designed to support students pursuing careers in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) industry.
Through partnerships with College of DuPage and Joliet Junior College, the program awards scholarships each year to HVAC students who demonstrate strong work ethic, passion for the trade, and a commitment to professional growth.
“Our industry depends on the next generation of skilled technicians,” said Paul Neustadt, executive chairman of Neuco. “This scholarship is our way of giving back —
helping students take the first steps
toward meaningful, rewarding careers in HVAC.”
In October, Neuco welcomed its inaugural scholarship recipients, Brandon Hughes and Zoey Fahrner,
to its Bolingbrook headquarters for a facility tour and meet-and-greet with team members. During
their visit, both students had the opportunity to learn more about Neuco’s operations and the vital
role distribution plays in the HVACR industry.
Neuco is proud to announce its 2025 scholarship recipients:
Brandon Hughes – College of DuPage
“As the first in my family to attend college, I carry a deep sense of pride and purpose. My
goal is to one day open my own HVAC and plumbing business and give back to my
community.”
Zoey Fahrner – Joliet Junior College
“This scholarship allows me to pursue my dream of becoming an HVAC technician. I’m so
thankful for this opportunity to support my future.”
“These scholarships are a tremendous opportunity for us to invest in and give back to both our
community and our industry,” added Elizabeth Neustadt, leader of Neuco Cares, the company’s
charitable initiative.
