Wolseley Canada has taken the next step in providing top of the line service to its customers through the creation of its Express Response: Commercial Water Heater Delivery program.

The first of its kind in Ontario, the program offers 24/7 express water heater delivery in the Greater Toronto Area, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, Hamilton, Oshawa and Newmarket. 

Wolseley’s team is on standby to help customers within a matter of hours.

“We understand the importance of a quick response,” said Alex Nahvi, head of plumbing strategy for Wolseley Canada. “Our customer’s emergency is our priority.”

As part of the program, Wolseley has a full line of gas and electric water heaters available. Delivered water heaters will be set in place, ready to be connected by a plumber, and Wolseley will remove the old unit at no additional cost.

“With this new program, we’re able to offer peace of mind during a time of crisis,” Nahvi said. “We’re proud to offer this level of support to our customers.”
