Fayette Pipe Co. has announced that Eric Mampel has been promoted to vice president of operations. Mampel brings more than 20 years of experience in tube and pipe manufacturing, along with a strong record of leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on industry knowledge.

Since joining the company in 2020 as operations manager, Mampel has helped drive process improvements, boost efficiency, and oversee key projects that strengthened both production and facilities. His leadership has been central to maintaining consistent quality while building a strong culture of teamwork and innovation.

Before coming to Fayette Pipe, Mampel held leadership roles at FD Machinery, Atlas Steel, TAPCO Tube Co., and Welded Tubes Inc. His background in operations, engineering, and sales gives him a broad perspective on customer needs and the challenges facing the industry.
