Apollo PowerPress by Aalberts IPS is an advanced carbon steel press system designed for schedule 10-40 thick wall steel pipes, offered in sizes from ½ to 4 inches. Engineered for reliability and efficiency in applications such as chilled water, hydronic heating, fire sprinkler systems and compressed air, it features zinc-nickel coated fittings and valves for superior corrosion resistance and employs EPDM or HNBR sealing elements with Leak Before Press technology for immediate connection feedback. The patented visual control ring and stainless steel gripping rings ensure secure connections.

The Apollo SmartPress system for stainless steel pipes contains a patented smart sealing element and Leak Before Press technology. Compatible with AISI 304/304L and 316/316L, it supports a wide range of industrial applications, extreme temperatures and pressures up to 500 psi, all while meeting safety standards such as ASME B31.3 and NSF/ANSI/CAN 61. Silicone-free manufacturing also ensures suitability for sensitive environments such as pharmaceuticals and cleanrooms.
