RIDGID, a part of Emerson’s professional tools portfolio, recently welcomed a dynamic group of plumbing and mechanical professionals to its headquarters in Elyria, Ohio, for its annual RIDGID Experience. Now in its eighth year, this VIP event delivered three packed days with behind-the-scenes tours, hands-on tool demos and chances to swap stories with fellow experts from across the U.S. and Canada.

“This year’s event truly surpassed expectations! We were thrilled to create unforgettable moments for attendees and be able to say ‘thank you’ for their hard work and dedication to the industry,” said Maddie Suvak, engagement marketing manager, RIDGID for Emerson. “Meeting the people who rely on our tools every day is a truly meaningful experience for our entire team.”

Shay Lorette from California (@shaytheplumber) said this about the trip, “Thank you for the experience! You guys rocked it!” Antonio Ybarra of Arizona (@the_bearded_plumber_602) said, “Love it!!! Had an amazing time. Met some great people, once again, thank you very much.”

RIDGID pulled back the curtain to give pros the ultimate inside look. Each participant assembled their own personalized RIDGID pipe wrench and got an exclusive sneak peek at the latest tools in development, offering feedback and insights directly to the RIDGID team. New this year, each participant created an apprentice kit, complete with essential starter tools, to send to an apprentice of their choice, helping equip and inspire the next generation of tradespeople. Attendees also connected with participants of Greenlee Experience, a similar event hosted by another Emerson professional tools brand. The two concurrent events created a full-scale celebration of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades.

Emerson’s professional tools business, which includes RIDGID, as well as the Greenlee and Klauke brands, provides the industry’s broadest portfolio of advanced, reliable tools and technologies for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades globally.
