MicroPure Filtration introduces Culinary Steam Filters with a patented segmented filtration design that offer flexibility while delivering the industry’s lowest operating costs. Robust construction includes 316 stainless steel support discs with modular 316 stainless steel filtration media in-between, to tolerate extreme pressure and temperature variations for unlimited reusability. The woven stainless steel filter media removes debris and scale present in steam lines and systems, to protect equipment and process filters. Filter media can be cleaned by backflushing and typically lasts a year under normal use. Since only the media is replaced, the cost to do so is considerably less than with traditional cartridge media. This unique design features bi-directional flow capability and meets and exceeds all 3-A culinary steam standards and FDA requirements.
