The new 354,000 square foot distribution center, located at 5700 Lee Rd. S, Maple Heights, OH 44137, will be an important investment in Northeast Ohio, featuring world class technology for this state-of-the-art facility. With over 30,000 unique SKUs, Famous will have additional capacity to serve contractors, builders, remodelers, Multi-Family Properties, and institutions in the surrounding area, along with daily inventory replenishments of its growing local branch network. 

Famous Supply of Maple Heights will offer “Famous Fast,” a same-day delivery service, to the Cleveland area plus a fleet of approximately 30 trucks to support same- and next-day delivery to contractor shops or job sites throughout northern Ohio. It will also include a 24/7 “Express Will Call” pick up counter that will be a great resource for local HVAC, Plumbing, Residential, Mechanical and Commercial contractors. After opening, customers can place their orders via phone, online at famous-supply.com, or by using the eFamous mobile app and their orders will be ready to pick up within 30 minutes. The new distribution center will also feature a cutting-edge training facility providing contractors with access to both classroom and hands-on learning of HVAC, hydronic and water heating equipment. Through Famous University, contractors and industry professionals have opportunities to earn CEUs through an innovative curriculum designed to enhance industry standards through courses, seminars, and technology.
