How did you enter the PHCP industry? 

I've known Tom Brown and family for more than 30 years. Timing 20 years ago was just perfect to join the company and help with sales and the eventual transition of the business ownership. 

What are your responsibilities in your role at PHCPPros? 

The largest area of day-to-day responsibility is in sales, then helping in overall management of business operations and team members. 

What do you like most about working in our industry? 

Building partnerships — and more so friendships — with clients. The advantage our company brings to the market is our relentless dedication to building long-lasting and strong relationships with clients. Not only getting to know their businesses inside and out, but also getting to know their families. 

What are your favorite hobbies or interests outside of work? 

Being with family and friends first, and then playing a round of golf once in awhile. 

What is the best piece of advice someone has given to you that you would pass onto others? 

Hard work and enjoying what you do will always pay off. Having a solid work ethic is critical, as well as finding a profession that you enjoy each day. Even if you take a job that might pay less in the beginning, if you truly enjoy what you do each and every day, the money will come – but more so the happiness.
