The YORK YVWH-200 Water-to-Water Dual Variable Speed Screw Heat Pump from Johnson Controls is the first screw heat pump in North America to utilize ultra-low GWP refrigerant R-1234ze and deliver hot water up to 176F. The YVWH-200 heat pump is engineered to significantly reduce energy use, water consumption and carbon emissions within facilities that require heating, cooling and/or simultaneous heating and cooling functions. Variable-speed drive and an exception turndown capacity as low as 25%, enables the YVWH-200 to operate three times more efficiently than a typical boiler and four times more efficiently than traditional boiler and chiller systems.
