Northeastern Supply, one of the Mid-Atlantic’s fastest growing plumbing and HVAC wholesalers, recently announced the relocation of its Westminster, Maryland branch. On June 5, 2024, the company broke ground at the new location of the Westminster branch, which will better serve the needs of Northeastern Supply’s customers in the Carroll County, Maryland area.

Northeastern Supply’s Westminster branch is currently located at 110 Airport Drive and will be relocated to 40 Magna Way with plans to open in December 2024. The relocated branch will consist of a 15,000 square foot building (current location - 10,000 square feet) and a 30,000 square foot outdoor storage yard (current location - 7,500 square feet) to house pipe and other materials for customers.

Easily accessible off of Interstate 97, the new location will only be one minute from its current location and will continue to be a full-service store, focusing on the needs of valued customers in both residential and commercial plumbing, HVAC, and water systems segments. Local inventory will be backed by the 200,000 square foot distribution center that is home to tens of thousands of products that are available at a moment’s notice.

The current Westminster location will continue to serve customers until the new building is complete. The new Westminster location will continue to operate with the same business hours of Monday-Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.. Neil Snyder will also continue to be the branch manager of this location. Snyder has been with Northeastern Supply for 18 years and is excited to be a part of this relocation to a larger space.
