ICC Evaluation Service (ICC-ES) is pleased to announce the successful transfers of multiple AVM Industries' Los Angeles Research Reports (LARRs) to ICC-ES. This transfer of LARRs to ICC-ES Evaluation Reports (ESRs) ensures AVM's uninterrupted compliance to the City of Los Angeles Building Code (LABC) and the City of Los Angeles Residential Code (LARC). ICC-ES is a trusted, reliable and accredited certification body accepted by the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS).

AVM Industries is a leader in innovative approaches to waterproofing, methane and VOC barriers for below-grade and above-grade applications. Basements, plaza decks, balconies, planters, and green roofs have been waterproofed using AVM Systems.

AVM's transfer of reports to ICC-ES reaffirms its commitment to excellence and continues to uphold its reputation for the quality, reliability, and code compliance of its products.

"At AVM Industries, we're dedicated to ensuring the highest level of compliance and reliability for our products. Transferring our reports to ICC-ES underscores our commitment to upholding industry standards and providing our customers with the assurance they need. ICC-ES's reputation for excellence aligns perfectly with our values, and we're confident that this partnership will continue to benefit both our company and our clients," said Amir Rudyan, president and CEO of AVM Industries.

"We take pride in our role facilitating the seamless transfer of evaluation reports from various programs, such as those from LADBS, to show compliance to specific jurisdictions and help expedite approval," said Yamil Moya, P.E., ICC-ES senior staff engineer. "Our established relationships and commitment to supporting code officials and manufacturers underscores our dedication to upholding the highest industry standards for building safety."

As a leading certification body, ICC-ES offers total conformity assessment solutions, including product evaluations, testing, and inspection. Recognized for its expertise in code compliance and development of Acceptance Criteria for innovative products, ICC-ES is a widely accepted evaluation agency that provides assurance to building officials, architects, engineers, and manufacturers.
