Williams Comfort Air, a leading home services provider in the Midwest and a Wrench Group company, was recently named to the 2023 list of Central Indiana’s Top Workplaces, sponsored by the Indianapolis Star.
Williams Comfort Air, part of MAX Service Group, was ranked #23 in the category for companies with between 150-399 employees on this year’s list.
"This award is particularly meaningful for us because it is based on our direct team member feedback," said Greg Wells, president of Williams Comfort Air and the other MAX Service Group companies. "We have put significant effort into offering meaningful benefits, perks and incentives to our team. We are a people-based business, so our success is completely reliant on our people. Thankfully, our people are incredible, and it is an honor to know they are as happy to work here as we are to have them here."
Williams Comfort Air and MAX Service Group leadership is committed to offering benefits, incentives, perks, and a company culture that make people want to work for the company long-term. Providing broad, meaningful benefits and a diverse, inclusive workplace which promotes employee happiness and longevity are top priorities. Among the benefits offered to team members are ongoing employee referral bonuses, an employee assistance program that offers mental health support such as complimentary therapy sessions, the MAX Cares initiative (which provides financial assistance to team members experiencing an unexpected bill), paid training opportunities, and more.
The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few. The research-backed engagement survey is driven by “the industry’s most robust benchmarks built on data captured from over 27 million employees at more than 70,000 organizations across the past 16 years,” according to Top Workplaces.
This is the fifth time Williams Comfort Air has received a regional Top Workplaces award.
