P2S Inc. has promoted Larry Swartz, principal, to vice president overseeing three engineering groups at P2S, and Brad Lentz to principal and group manager of the company's Seattle office.

P2S's Seattle office includes over 40 staff members and provides mechanical, electrical, plumbing, commissioning services. In addition to his new role, Lentz also serves as the company's federal market leader.
