NIBCO Inc. has introduced a new mobile app to increase the convenience and accessibility of its current NIBCO Partner program which offers users an exclusive set of secure web applications. The Partner app makes it quicker and easier for customers to access their account anytime, anywhere, and from any mobile device.
“During the pandemic, we realized we needed to be able to connect with our customers in new and different ways. Information needs to be at their fingertips which is why we decided to make an app for our customers to see pricing, availability, and place orders at any time of the day,” said Ashley Martin, senior vice president of sales.
The NIBCO Partner mobile app gives users control and flexibility to search and browse for products, check product availability, confirm current product pricing, place an order, and check order or shipping status whether in the office or working remotely. The Partner app is available and free to all U.S.-based and international customers who are registered NIBCO Partner users. The app is operational on Apple and Android devices and available on the iOS and Google Play stores.
