Jay R. Smith Mfg. Co., a division of Morris Group International, is pleased to announce that John Marini has accepted the position of national sales manager effective Nov. 3, 2023.

Marini started with Jay R. Smith Mfg. Co. as a Northeast regional sales manager in February of 2019. Since then, the company has experienced unprecedented growth in John’s Northeast territory. Marini inherited a territory that has many longstanding Smith/ MGI reps that have continued to succeed with his assistance. 

Marini was also instrumental in onboarding several new reps while balancing the everyday requirements of meeting with contractors, engineers and wholesalers. His ability to promote Jay R. Smith Mfg. Co. also afforded the company his time to represent the Morris Group International (MGI) family of products. 

In Marini's new role, he will be able to bring the skills he used in the Northeast territory to reps nationwide.
