With 50 employees Lane focuses on service and small projects, and operates a growing Honeywell-based controls division. The company brings particular expertise in niche markets such as healthcare, churches, and hospitality.

Mike Star, along with Vice President Diane Star and Service Manager Steve Liuzzo, represents a leadership team that values accountability, open communication, and employee development.
