AD owner/members and supplier partners came together for the 2025 Decorative Brands Division annual meeting, held June 2–4 at the historic Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel, The Depot. With an engaging agenda that balanced insightful workshops with multiple networking opportunities, attendees made the most of three days of meaningful connection and collaboration.
This year’s meeting welcomed record-breaking attendance, a testament to the division’s growing momentum and the strong relationships that fuel it. We welcomed seven new owner members to our ever-growing list of quality independent plumbing distributors.
“Each year, the energy around this division builds, and that enthusiasm naturally brings more people to the table,” said Dan Kelly, President, Plumbing Division – U.S. & Decorative Brands Division. “The growth we’re seeing is driven by our incredibly engaged community— our Divisional Board, Product Committee, and Supplier Advisory Council—who are constantly introducing new ideas and programs that add value. This year, we introduced the AD Sales Consultant Luxury & Upselling Workshop, along with the AD Conversion Campaign and AD Rewards Program, all designed to support members in reaching new heights within their organizations.”
Recognizing Excellence
During the business meeting, four companies were honored for their outstanding achievements within the AD Decorative Brands community:
• AD Decorative Brands 2025 Member of the Year: Infusion Kitchen & Bath by Etna
• AD Decorative Brands 2025 Supplier of the Year: Mr. Steam
• AD Decorative Brands Conversion Campaign Winner: The Fixture Gallery
• AD Rewards Champion: Kitchen & Bath by Briggs
Innovative Programming & Relationship Building
In addition to award recognitions, the meeting featured a host of new and returning
programming. The inaugural AD Sales Consultant Luxury & Upselling Workshop equipped
members with fresh insights for high-end sales strategies. Meanwhile, a full day of one-onone booth sessions provided targeted time for members and suppliers to deepen business
partnerships and plan collaboratively for the year ahead. The Decorative Brands Division
continues to distinguish itself with a best-in-class product showcase, featuring beautifully
curated product displays that go beyond the traditional booth format found at other AD
events.
Networking extended beyond the meeting rooms with a memorable evening boat cruise on the St. Croix River, offering attendees a relaxing and scenic setting to foster deeper personal and professional relationships.
Welcoming New Voices
The meeting concluded with member and supplier network sessions, where participants gathered in intimate, non-competing groups to share best practices, discuss emerging trends, and identify new opportunities in the marketplace. “We’re thrilled that this meeting continues to deliver so much value to our loyal members and supplier partners, I can see firsthand how hard the team worked to make this event the best one yet.” said Jeffrey S. Beall, president, PHCP Business Unit. “We were especially energized to welcome 44 first-time attendees, including representatives from seven new owner/member companies that joined the Decorative Brands Division this past year. Their fresh perspectives and early enthusiasm only add to the strength of our growing community.”
