At Frank Webb Home, we proudly prioritize people and relationships. Everything centers around our customers. We accommodate their needs by building meaningful, long-lasting connections — a testament to the dedication and hard work of our experienced teams.
As the showroom manager of our Malden, Massachusetts, location, I’m proud to share space with our F.W. Webb colleagues, some of whom have been with the company for more than four decades. This collective experience allows us to provide helpful resources and project solutions that consistently exceed our customers’ expectations.
Thanks to our combined experience, we’ve built lasting relationships in the community. Many loyal, repeat customers return years after their initial consultations, often asking for a specific team member to assist them again. Our customers clearly value our commitment to the community — they know we’re here to stay.
Our showroom has served the community since 2011, and Frank Webb Home celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2024. We help homeowners, designers, contractors and others find solutions for their kitchen, bath and lighting projects at more than 49 showrooms across the Northeast.
We work closely with our teammates at F.W. Webb, a third-generation, family-owned wholesale supplier that has served our region since 1866. Over time, F.W. Webb has grown from a single location into the largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVACR and PVF in the Northeast.
Additionally, our wholesale store serves as an extension of our shopping experience, as we have about 14,000 products on hand and receive regular deliveries. F.W. Webb’s slogan, “We’ve Got It,” demonstrates how we strive to supply everything our customers need, including professional guidance.
Because of our time-tested expertise and deep-rooted connection to the region, we’re able to advise customers on the prevailing styles typically found in the area, which are primarily classical with some traditional elements. However, many customers increasingly ask for more modern options. Therefore, we listen carefully to their needs and offer a diverse selection that appeals to everyone.
Popular products: Relaxation and innovation
In recent years, we’ve seen growing demand for wellness-related products and innovative technologies. Here are some highlights:
• Steam showers
Steam showers appeal to those seeking a high-tech yet relaxing experience. Our newly added Mr.Steam working display offers an interactive introduction to this comforting and cutting-edge line. Users can adjust spray patterns and browse the entertainment options supported by Mr.Steam’s digital interface, including Amazon Alexa and Netflix integration.
• Soaking tubs
These tubs generate numerous inquiries and might be our most requested products. Similar to steam showers, soaking tubs are a popular choice for creating a soothing, spa-like experience in the home. Customers often evaluate the comfort and fit of these tubs by sitting in them in our showroom. Our curated selection includes the MTI Seabrook freestanding tub, engineered for superior comfort.
• Washlets
Washlets are another popular choice because of their ease of use and convenient features. We showcase products such as the Toto Washlet S7A and demonstrate its many settings and options, from its automatic open-and-close lid to its EWATER+ self-cleaning system. Additionally, customers across all demographics are drawn to this innovative technology. Even skeptics often quickly adopt it after seeing how these products work.
• Touchless faucets
Touchless faucets are fast becoming an attractive addition to the modern kitchen. Customers can test them at our working display troughs, where they experience the sleek, seamless functionality that offers hygienic and straightforward operation. As a sign of their increasing popularity, one of my colleagues recently added two touchless faucets to her home.
• Aging-in-place products
When planning their new homes, many customers include grab bars, shower chairs, curbless showers and other fixtures as part of their long-term visions. Others want to support the needs of family members. Because these are long-lasting choices, it is important to balance functionality with timeless and appealing finishes. To help customers understand how these products might look in their homes, we feature items such as the JACLO G40 Straight Grab Bar.
Personalized project support
Our customers arrive in our showrooms well-informed about the products we offer and with clear visions for their spaces. We build on their independent research by guiding them through their projects, offering step-by-step plans of action, coordinating suitable colors and finishes, and assisting with the necessary parts and components.
After they select their products and accessories, we focus on making every detail come together into a cohesive whole. My experience as an interior designer allows me to help our customers with the latest trends, product performance and design choices. We also work with our F.W. Webb teammates to address technical questions and often involve customers’ contactors to ensure a seamless experience.
Ultimately, our work is a collaboration with our customers, with the goal of creating long-lasting, enjoyable, comfortable and memorable results. It’s all about serving them — our customers and our community.
