trutankless drives installer sales with comprehensive customized marketing program

Phoenix – Bollente Companies, Inc. announced the launch of a comprehensive customized marketing program for its trutankless installation partners, aimed at boosting sales through brand modernization, online marketing training and support, and a proprietary installer app that notifies installers via text message when they have a new sales opportunity. trutankless has begun rollout of the pilot program to local Valley partners, with plans to expand to other markets by 2016.

“Our partners’ success is our success, and we feel there is every incentive to empower our installers with unparalleled sales and marketing support," said Michael Stebbins, president of trutankless. “From vehicle wraps and search engine optimization training to our new installer app, our commitment extends far beyond basic product training.”

The cloud-based installer app pushes notifications to smart devices when partners are assigned new sales leads. Installers can then log in to the dashboard to view lead information and track their progress through the sales cycle. After a water heater is installed, the service professional can continue to monitor the unit through the dashboard and receive notifications via the app if a service or warranty appointment is necessary.

“The trutankless installer app is unlike anything I’ve ever seen for lead tracking and customer retention,” said Alan Stein, owner of Scottsdale-based Advanced Plumbing Services. “The capability to monitor every aspect, from the initial lead notification to the system or warranty status of an installed unit — all on my smartphone — is a game changer. I’m now able to be even more efficient and proactive, which in turn benefits my customers.”

The trutankless partner marketing program offers a variety of opportunities for installers to boost their business with training on search engine optimization, blogging, social media and strategic online advertising. Through a partnership with national signage provider bluemedia, installers can opt for a custom co-branded vehicle wrap for their service fleet.
