PHCPPros, a trusted name with more than 30 years of experience covering the plumbing, heating, cooling and piping industry, is proud to announce the first sponsors of its new initiative, PROS REPS RUGGED Mind and Body.
At the highest level of sponsorship, Cintas and Watts Water Technologies, along with Watts brands AERCO International and Bradley Corp., fill two of three exclusive Vanguard Sponsor spots; while Morris Group International and brand Whitehall Manufacturing, Legend Valve, and U.S. Boiler Co. have joined the initiative as Guardian Sponsors.
These industry leaders will help PROS REPS RUGGED in its mission to improve the mental health and wellness of tradespeople through the following pathways:

PROS PEPS RUGGED will use a holistic approach, as this is not a one-size-fits-all mission. What may work for some in the PHCP trades community may not work for others. Each month, PROS REPS RUGGED will deliver expertly curated content on topics such as mental health, physical health, nutrition, training and resources, products, addiction support, financial literacy and more.
“Tradespeople are the force by which our communities and infrastructures are built and maintained,” says Brown. “At PROS REPS RUGGED, we are keenly aware that being 'rugged' means more than just showing up for the job — it means staying strong in body, mind and spirit.”
