Ice Air, a leading manufacturer of a wide range of HVAC units and solutions, has announced the appointment of Jamie Zeller, PHR, as human resources (HR) manager. Zeller brings more than a decade of HR experience to the organization, including expertise in employee engagement, talent acquisition, change management and workforce development.
In her new role, Zeller will oversee all facets of Ice Air’s human resources function, supporting its expanding team and driving employee-focused initiatives. In addition to weekly payroll processing for New York and South Carolina staff, Zeller reviews and recommends implementation of new and current HR processes and procedures. Her appointment underscores Ice Air’s ongoing commitment to building a strong internal culture that supports innovation, collaboration and high performance.

Prior to joining Ice Air, Zeller held progressive HR leadership roles at Johnson Matthey Inc., where she served as a senior HR advisor supporting multiple U.S. facilities. She has led HR transformation projects, including HRIS platform transitions, and played an active role in diversity, equity and inclusion programs, new hire onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Her background also includes human resources generalist roles at Materialise LLC and Parsons Brinckerhoff (WSP), supporting large and geographically diverse teams.

Zeller holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in human resource management and a minor in psychology from Central Michigan University. She is currently pursuing her MBA with a minor in human resources management from Wayne State University. She also maintains her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
