The Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) has announced Howell’s Heating & Air of Ashland, Virginia, as the ACCA 2022 Commercial Contractor of the Year, sponsored by Honeywell.

Each year, ACCA’s Commercial Contractor of the Year award is presented to a contracting company that demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to contractor excellence. Finalists are judged on a range of qualities including community involvement, industry involvement, and a commitment to training and certifications. A panel of ACCA Past Board Chairs judge the finalists and select the winner. The 2022 judges were; Phil London, Thermal Concepts, Inc., Davie, Florida; Tony Shaker, Enfinity Partners LLC., Mashpee, Massachusetts; Steve Lauten, Total Air & Heat Co., Plano, Texas; and Stan Johnson, retired.

Tracy Parrish, Howell’s Heating & Air vice president of service, received the Commercial Contractor of the Year award at the 2022 ACCA Conference & Expo, March 28-30 in St. Louis.
