C.H. Briggs announced that it has agreed to purchase certain assets of Dolan & Traynor, located in Wayne, New Jersey. Concurrent with this announcement, Corian Design grants C.H. Briggs expanded distribution rights for Corian Solid Surface and Corian Quartz in regions operated by Dolan & Traynor upon completion of the transaction. C.H. Briggs expects the transaction to close mid-April.

Furthering C.H. Briggs initiative to invest in new, high-growth markets, this agreement reinforces the company’s position as the premier provider of specialty building materials for interiors.
