IAPMO and IWSH celebrated the milestone this week at the annual General Assembly of WorldSkills International Members in Dubrovnik, Croatia.

The 45-day ANSI public review period started on Oct. 10 with a comment deadline of Nov. 24, 2025. 

The event will offer a unique experience for building safety professionals from around the world to engage in educational sessions and network with peers.  

This standard is proposed to be reaffirmed with no changes in accordance with ANSI’s 5-year essential requirements.

The deadline to apply is Oct. 31.

All comments should be submitted using the exact wording wished to be recommended to the technical committees for review.

Task group members will participate via conference call or web meeting, provide their perspective on the code, and assist in drafting recommendations for action by the USPSHTC Technical Committee.
